Everything you need to know about using, installing, and getting started with METRKX.
METRKX is a Progressive Web App, which means you can add it to your Home Screen and use it like an installed app without downloading it from an app store. Installing it does not bypass METRKX account security or authentication.
On iPhone or iPad, open METRKX.com in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, use your browser’s Install app or Add to Home screen option.
Eligible accounts can deliberately start a one-time 14-day trial with no credit card required. The trial does not start automatically just because you create an account or click Start Free Trial. When it ends, the account returns to Free Forever unless a paid plan is selected.
Free Forever includes 1 active athlete, 1 usable evaluation form, and up to 3 completed evaluations per calendar month. A completed evaluation still counts toward monthly usage if it is later voided.
Yes. METRKX is designed so an athlete’s development history remains connected to the athlete rather than disappearing when a trainer, organization, or relationship changes. Access to that history still follows METRKX permissions and current relationships.
METRKX is built for independent trainers, organizations, athletes, and parents or guardians, with each role receiving the appropriate tools and access.
Yes, when they are properly linked and authorized for the athlete. Their access is governed by the athlete relationship and METRKX permissions.
Authorized trainers and organization users can compare athletes and groups they are permitted to access, helping put individual performance and development into context.
METRKX uses authenticated accounts, role-based permissions, and secure web connections to control access to account and athlete information.
Yes. METRKX works in a normal desktop browser and can also be installed where supported. On a phone or tablet, removing the Home Screen app does not delete your METRKX account or athlete history.
