Legal
Terms & Conditions
Effective date: September 16, 2026
1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms
METRKX is an athlete-development and performance platform. These Terms & Conditions govern access to METRKX and its related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization or another person, you must have authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Questions about these Terms can be submitted through Contact METRKX.
2. Eligibility and Minors
You must have the legal capacity and authority required for your use of METRKX. Minors may use METRKX only with appropriate parent or legal guardian consent or management, consistent with applicable law. A parent or guardian acting for a minor is responsible for providing the necessary permission and supervising that use.
A trainer or organization relationship does not automatically establish parental authority. Where the law requires a specific parental-consent process before collecting a child’s information, that collection or use must not proceed until those requirements are met. A guardian connection in METRKX is not verification of legal custody or verified parental consent.
3. Accounts and Account Responsibilities
Provide accurate account information, keep it reasonably current, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Do not share an account in a way that misrepresents who is acting. Notify METRKX Support if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Organization representatives must act within their assigned authority. Account access and available features depend on the applicable role, relationships and service plan.
4. Personal Identity and Athlete Records
Each person controls their own METRKX account, identity, personal details and profile, subject to appropriate parent or guardian management for a minor. A relationship with a trainer, organization, athlete or other user does not give unrestricted authority to change another person’s underlying identity or profile.
Authorized trainers and organizations may create or contribute evaluations, Measurements, development information and other relationship-based records. Those contributions do not give them ownership of the person’s underlying identity. An athlete record may exist before an athlete has their own account; creating that record does not authorize impersonation or unrestricted control of a later linked account.
5. Trainers, Organizations, Parents and Guardians
Use invitations, memberships, roster connections and guardian relationships only with appropriate authority. Obtain any permissions required to submit or access another person’s information, including permissions for minors. Do not treat a technical connection as proof of legal authority.
Access may differ by role and relationship. Ending a connection or leaving an organization does not necessarily erase previously authorized records. Historical information may remain available to authorized people where required for the service’s record integrity, applicable law or legitimate retention needs.
6. Evaluations, Measurements and Development Information
METRKX supports evaluations, Measurements, progress history, development plans, goals and milestones. You are responsible for the accuracy, context and lawful use of information you contribute. Results and comparisons depend on the information entered and are not guarantees of athlete improvement or performance.
METRKX is not medical care, medical diagnosis, a healthcare provider or professional medical advice. Users remain responsible for professional judgment, appropriate supervision and safe training decisions. Seek qualified professional advice when needed; do not rely on METRKX to assess an injury or medical condition.
7. Free Forever and Trial
METRKX offers applicable Free Forever functionality. Eligible billable accounts may deliberately start a one-time 14-day paid-feature trial. No payment card is required to start that trial. Creating an account does not automatically start the trial.
The free trial does not silently convert to a paid subscription. After it expires, the account falls back to applicable Free Forever functionality unless the user separately purchases paid service. Feature limits and historical or read-only access continue to follow the applicable product rules.
8. Paid Subscriptions, Renewal, Cancellation and Refunds
Paid service requires a separate, deliberate purchase. The applicable price, billing period and renewal terms must be shown during purchase. An auto-renewing subscription renews until canceled in accordance with those terms. Do not purchase for another billing account without authorization.
Use the available billing-management controls or contact METRKX Support for help canceling. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the applicable billing period. Paid access ordinarily continues through the already-paid period, subject to these Terms and any applicable restriction or termination.
Free Forever and the free trial create no charge to refund. Paid subscription charges are generally non-refundable after charge, except for a billing error, applicable law or another expressly stated METRKX policy. Cancellation does not itself create a prorated refund. Contact Support promptly about a suspected billing error.
9. Acceptable Use
Do not use METRKX unlawfully; impersonate another person; submit information without authority; harass or harm others; upload malicious content; attempt to bypass access controls, billing limits or security protections; or interfere with the service.
Do not scrape, disclose or exploit personal or athlete information without permission. Do not use invitations or support forms for spam or abuse. Respect other people’s privacy and the rights of minors.
10. User Content and Information Submitted to METRKX
You retain any rights you have in the information and content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to provide it. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information, payment-card details, passwords or information you are not authorized to share.
You grant METRKX permission to host, process, store and display submitted content as reasonably needed to provide and protect the service, share it with authorized users, support you and meet legitimate legal or record-integrity obligations. This permission does not transfer ownership of your personal identity or authorize sale of personal information.
11. METRKX Intellectual Property
METRKX branding, software, interface design and other METRKX materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms give you permission to use the service as intended; they do not transfer ownership of METRKX materials.
Do not copy, redistribute or use METRKX branding or materials outside that permission without authorization, except where applicable law permits it. Other people’s content remains subject to their rights.
12. Third-Party Services
METRKX relies on service providers for hosting, authentication, data storage, payments and service email. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Their use does not change METRKX’s responsibilities under applicable law.
External links are provided for convenience. METRKX does not control unrelated third-party sites or guarantee their content or availability.
13. Service Availability and Changes
We may maintain, update or change the service and its features. Availability may be affected by maintenance, network problems, provider failures or other events. We do not promise uninterrupted access or any particular training result.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes affecting ongoing paid service. Changes do not remove rights you have under applicable law or expressly stated purchase terms.
14. Suspension and Termination
METRKX may suspend, restrict or terminate access for misuse, fraud, security risk, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct or conduct harmful to METRKX or other users. Immediate restrictions may be necessary to protect people or the service.
Contact Support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Ending access does not automatically delete information that must be retained for legitimate purposes. Provisions concerning accrued payment obligations, intellectual property, disputes and lawful retention continue where applicable.
15. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion through METRKX Support. We may need to confirm your identity and authority before acting on a request. Requests involving a minor must come from a person with appropriate authority.
Eligible personal information may be deleted or de-identified, subject to legitimate needs for security, fraud prevention, billing and accounting, dispute resolution, legal obligations, audit and historical-record integrity, and backup or recovery cycles. We do not promise instantaneous deletion from every backup or removal of all legitimately retained historical contributions.
16. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, METRKX is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be error-free, meet every individual need or produce particular athlete-development results. Users are responsible for checking entered information and interpreting it appropriately.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, protections or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, METRKX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or losses arising from unauthorized use, inaccurate information supplied by users, or training decisions beyond METRKX’s control.
These limitations apply only where lawful. They do not exclude liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or remove mandatory consumer rights.
18. Responsibility for Third-Party Claims
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable resulting costs caused by your unlawful use of METRKX, infringement of another person’s rights or material violation of these Terms. This does not make you responsible for claims caused by METRKX’s own misconduct or impose obligations that applicable law does not permit.
19. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without applying conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory protections of applicable law. Disputes concerning these Terms or the service will be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not waive class-action rights.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and will post the revised document with an updated effective date. We will provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate or required by law. Review the current Terms before continuing to use the service after a change takes effect.
