Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 16, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how METRKX handles information when you use our athlete-development and performance platform, public website and support services. METRKX operates in Florida, United States. It covers account holders and people whose athlete or relationship information is submitted by authorized users.

The information involved depends on your role, connections, features used and what you or an authorized person provides. Questions and privacy requests can be submitted through Contact METRKX.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide, information authorized users contribute about athlete development and relationships, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service. This can include account and profile details, athlete records, evaluations and Measurements, plans and milestones, photos, billing records and support communications.

Provide only information relevant to the service and that you have authority to share. Do not put passwords, full payment-card numbers or unnecessary sensitive details into athlete notes or support messages.

3. Account and Profile Information

Account information includes email address, authentication credentials handled through our authentication provider, account identifiers, display or personal names, role and onboarding information. Depending on the profile, we may also receive contact details and organization or trainer information you provide, such as a business name, website or address.

Each person controls their own underlying account, identity, personal details and profile, subject to appropriate parent or guardian management for a minor. A trainer or organization connection does not create unrestricted permission to edit that identity.

4. Athlete and Development Information

Athlete information can include names, preferred name, date of birth, development focus and goals. Authorized records can include evaluations, Measurements and their units and results, dates, progress comparisons, development plans, milestone descriptions, statuses and target dates.

Records may identify the trainer or organization that contributed them. An athlete record can exist before the athlete has an independent account. Historical records may be preserved to support authorized history, accountability and record integrity.

5. Parent, Guardian and Relationship Information

We maintain connections between athletes, parents or guardians, trainers and organizations, including relationship descriptions, invitations, membership or roster information, permissions and connection status. These connections help determine who can access particular records.

A recorded guardian relationship is not verification of legal custody or verified parental consent. Trainers and organizations must have the authority and permissions needed for their contributions and access; their role does not automatically give parental authority.

6. Profile Photos

If you upload a profile photo, we process the image to create the profile versions used in METRKX and store them in private storage. Photos can be shown to authorized users in relevant account, athlete and relationship views.

Use a photo you have permission to upload. Removing or replacing a photo changes the active profile image, subject to cleanup, legitimate retention and backup cycles.

7. Billing and Subscription Information

Stripe processes paid purchases and subscription management. Payment-card details are entered directly with Stripe through its hosted payment flow; METRKX does not receive or store full payment-card numbers through that flow.

METRKX receives and maintains billing email, customer and subscription identifiers, plan and billing-period information, amounts, currency, payment or invoice status and related transaction and reconciliation records. We use these records to administer access, renewals, cancellations, billing history and disputes. The cardless free trial does not create a payment-card requirement or automatically purchase a subscription.

8. Support Communications

When you use our contact form, we receive your Name, Email, selected role and Topic, Subject and Message. These details are sent to METRKX Support through our email provider; your submitted email is used for Reply-To so Support can respond.

The form also uses a submission identifier to help prevent duplicate delivery and a nonvisual anti-abuse field. Support messages and replies may be retained in the email/support workflow. The current form does not create an athlete record or automatically email a confirmation to the submitter.

9. Technical, Device and Security Information

Our hosting, authentication and security providers receive ordinary request metadata needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, request time and path, browser or user-agent information, and response status. Service diagnostics may include authentication failures, billing or webhook failures, email-delivery status and profile-photo processing errors.

We use operational and security information to troubleshoot, prevent abuse and maintain reliability. METRKX does not use these diagnostics to create advertising profiles. Authentication forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile when enabled; it processes browser and request information for an anti-abuse security check.

10. How We Use Information

We use information to create and maintain accounts, authenticate access, manage authorized relationships, record and display athlete development, provide progress history, administer trials and paid access, send service communications and respond to Support requests.

We also use information to secure the service, prevent fraud or misuse, investigate failures and disputes, maintain reliable historical records, and meet applicable legal, billing and accounting obligations.

11. How Information Is Shared

We share information with authorized users as needed for the relationships and features you use, with service providers performing relevant functions, and when reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations, respond to valid legal process, resolve disputes or protect rights and safety.

If METRKX undergoes a business transfer, relevant information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality protections. Athlete-development records are not made publicly available merely because they are stored in METRKX.

12. Authorized Trainers, Organizations, Parents and Guardians

Authorized trainers, organization members and parents or guardians may see relevant athlete information, evaluations, Measurements, progress and development records according to their roles and connections. Permissions can differ; a relationship does not give every person access to every record or another person’s account credentials.

People who contribute authorized development records do not thereby own the athlete’s underlying personal identity. Ending a relationship may limit future access while legitimately retained historical records remain subject to the applicable access and retention rules.

13. Service Providers

Supabase provides authentication, database and private file storage for accounts, relationships, athlete-development records and profile photos. Vercel hosts the website and application and handles requests and runtime diagnostics.

Stripe handles hosted payments and subscription management, receiving the payment and billing information needed for those functions. Resend delivers transactional invitations and support messages, receiving relevant recipient, reply and message content. Cloudflare Turnstile provides authentication-form security checks when enabled.

Providers receive information relevant to their functions; using a payment or email provider does not mean we send it all athlete-development records. Provider-operated services also have their own applicable privacy practices.

14. Data Selling

METRKX does not sell personal information.

15. Cookies, Browser Storage and Similar Technologies

METRKX uses authentication/session cookies to keep you signed in and maintain sessions. Browser localStorage remembers the last athlete viewed by a guardian who has multiple connected athletes. These are service functions, not advertising profiles.

The current application does not integrate advertising trackers, tracking pixels or user-behavior analytics tools. Provider security and operational logging is separate from marketing analytics. External payment and security services may use their own necessary technologies in their flows.

You can manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking or clearing them may sign you out, remove remembered preferences or prevent parts of the service from working.

16. Children and Minors

METRKX may contain athlete information relating to minors. Minor use requires appropriate parent or legal guardian consent or management under METRKX policy and applicable law. An authorized adult submitting a minor’s information must have the necessary authority and permissions; being a trainer or organization representative alone does not establish parental authority.

METRKX does not represent that a guardian connection is an age-verification or verified parental-consent process. Where applicable law requires specific consent steps before collecting a child’s information, collection or use must not proceed until those requirements are met. Contact Support if you believe a child’s information has been provided without appropriate permission, or to request access, correction or deletion with proper authority.

17. Data Security

We use access restrictions, authenticated sessions, private photo storage and other technical safeguards to help protect information. Access to athlete records depends on authorized roles and relationships. You should protect your credentials and use appropriate permissions when sharing information.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Contact Support promptly about a suspected account or data-security issue.

18. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and history functionality, support security and fraud prevention, administer billing and accounting, resolve disputes, and meet legal, audit and record-integrity obligations.

Eligible information may be deleted or de-identified when no longer required or after an appropriate deletion request. Legitimate historical records, security and billing records, and information in backup or recovery cycles may need to remain longer. We do not promise a fixed retention period or instantaneous removal from every backup.

19. Access, Correction and Account Deletion

Use the available account/profile controls to view or correct your own information. For other access, correction or account-deletion requests, use METRKX Support. We may need to confirm identity, authority and the scope of a request, including a parent or guardian’s authority for a minor.

We handle eligible requests subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. Correcting identity information or requesting account deletion does not necessarily remove authorized historical evaluations, audit records or information another party must lawfully retain. Contact Support about privacy rights that apply to your circumstances; we do not limit rights provided by applicable law.

20. Communications

Current V1 communications may concern accounts, security, invitations, billing, transactional or service matters, and support. METRKX does not currently send promotional or marketing email. Necessary service communications may still be sent when relevant to your account or request.

21. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy as the service or our practices change. We will post the revised policy with an updated effective date and provide additional notice where appropriate or required by law.
